Autotask configuration guide for Pulseway

  • Open Pulseway Manager and navigate to the "Settings" tab and "Autotask" inner tab
  • Enable the Autotask module and fill in the Username and Password fields
  • Select the Account on which the tickets will be created
  • Select in which Queue you wish the ticket to be added
  • Click on the "Create test ticket" button to verify the connectivity
  • Login to the Autotask Service Desk and check out the test ticket
