Autotask configuration guide for Pulseway
- Open Pulseway Manager and navigate to the "Settings" tab and "Autotask" inner tab
- Enable the Autotask module and fill in the Username and Password fields
- Select the Account on which the tickets will be created
- Select in which Queue you wish the ticket to be added
- Click on the "Create test ticket" button to verify the connectivity
- Login to the Autotask Service Desk and check out the test ticket
