Pulseway Remote Control now covers both Windows and macOS offering customers an all-in-one remote monitoring and management solution
Pulseway, a leading provider of mobile-first, cloud-first remote monitoring and management (RMM) software, is pleased to announce the launch of built-in Remote Control for macOS. Pulseway Remote Control for macOS uses the same proprietary remote control protocol that was developed for Pulseway's Windows remote control that launched last year. Pulseway customers can now connect to any system from anywhere, regardless of the network topology as all the network communication is relayed through Pulseway servers.
Pulseway Remote Control for macOS enables simple, secure and reliable, remote access to any monitored systems allowing IT professionals to control any user session on any computer. As with the existing remote control for Windows systems, all communication will be handled by Pulseway's proprietary technology. This means that customers are not required to open ports or risk IT security, all traffic is encrypted end-to-end. The new feature can be accessed through the built-in Remote Control feature in the Android and iOS mobile apps.
'With most businesses using mixed IT environments, the launch of remote control for macOS was a very important release requested by our customers as soon as they saw the benefits of our original remote control for Windows.' said Marius Mihalec, Founder and CEO of Pulseway. 'We believe that as an all-in-one remote monitoring and management solution, extending remote and secure access to both Windows and macOS systems is key. This is an essential feature that will enable our partners to take full control of their business infrastructure and provide remote support with no limitations. With the current explosion in remote and distributed working, Pulseway remote control is an even more essential tool.'
Pulseway Remote Control for both macOS and Windows comes at no extra cost, supports an unlimited number of concurrent remote sessions and available straight out of the box to all Pulseway business customers, with no configuration required. It is available as of today.
