Pulseway, a leading provider of mobile-first, cloud-first remote monitoring and management (RMM) software, today announced Pulseway 6.0, the new version of its IT systems management platform aimed at supporting growing MSPs and mid-market enterprises. Known as Pulseway Scale, it empowers IT professionals to remotely monitor and manage IT systems with thousands of endpoints from a smartphone or tablet - anytime, anywhere - and easily take corrective action before clients are impacted.
Pulseway monitors, manages, and controls Windows, Mac, and Linux devices, as well as the applications on those devices for more than 6,000 businesses and managed service providers (MSPs) worldwide. With the release of Pulseway Scale, companies with thousands of endpoints can now benefit from faster deployment, seamless collaboration, and enhanced organization of IT assets.
“With Pulseway Scale, we bring all of our product’s unique benefits like simplicity, intuitive UI, a native fully capable mobile app, and simple pay-as-you-go monthly pricing to a larger spectrum of customers that are ready to embrace a mobile-first approach to endpoint management,” said Marius Mihalec, CEO and founder of Pulseway. “On top of that, larger organizations and MSPs now benefit from the product’s new management structure that allows you to organize endpoints into a clear layered structure to speed deployment and reduce the effort in managing large environments.”
Specific new capabilities include:
New Organization Structure – Admins can now arrange systems, integrations, add-ons and user accounts by Organization, Site and Agent Group for increased efficiency and greater technician productivity.
Simplified, Faster Deployment - When new agents are deployed, systems will automatically join the organization where the software probe exists leveraging the pre-defined configurations and policies already in place.
Seamless Collaboration - All users can collaborate on automation, patch management, reporting, and billing, streamlining overall operations and improving productivity.
Enhanced Agent Security - Pulseway agents now authenticate to the server based on the associated agent group token. Since users are part of one team, the team permissions will dictate what access level its members have: Full Access, Read-only, and No Access to an organization, site or agent group.
Antivirus and OS Patch Management - Add-ons are now accessible for all Pulseway user accounts based on the access level determined by the Team. Configure antivirus policies, assign patch policies, and view the antivirus threat history from any account with access to the module.
Growing MSPs and mid-market enterprises will also benefit from the flexible pricing models Pulseway customers have come to appreciate, including a pay-as-you-go option with no long-term contracts or commitments. Customers can directly manage billing from within the web app as well as upgrade, or downgrade, agents in seconds on the go, from anywhere.
Pulseway Scale complements Pulseway’s complete stack of solutions for MSPs and IT professionals. These include Pulseway PSA business management software for ticketing, project management, accounting, CRM, time- tracking, invoicing, billing, and help desk, as well as Pulseway Backup for business continuity and disaster recovery.
