Pulseway Introduces Support for Custom Third Party Titles Patching and Reveals Year-End Results

Users can now enhance their security policies by patching unique software titles applicable specifically to their own IT environment.

Dublin, Ireland, January 23, 2020 -- Pulseway, a leading provider of mobile-first, cloud-first remote monitoring and management (RMM) software, announces support for custom third party patch management titles and shares details of its impressive growth in 2019.

Security services were a huge focus area for Pulseway in 2019, including the release of the Third Party Management Engine introduced earlier last year. Since the initial launch of 18 native third party titles, Pulseway has added over 60 popular titles to its library throughout 2019.

With the new addition of Custom Third Party Software Titles Patching, internal IT departments and MSPs can now customize their security and patching practices by adding unique software titles that are applicable to their own IT environments. Pulseway users can simply add a URL to the application installer of their custom title and add some rule definitions, and the third party application will be added to the list for patching automation.

In 2019, Pulseway reported more than 30% growth in customers, hitting the mark of 1,300 newly acquired business partners in 2019 and approximately 24,000 personal accounts being created during the same timeframe. Pulseway is now providing its services to approximately 6,000 businesses and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) worldwide.

Aside from business growth, Pulseway has achieved great milestones in product innovation by introducing critical and highly demanded features in 2019, including:

  • Enhanced 2FA system. Pulseway enhanced its multi-factor authentication to provide an extra layer of security for its customers.
  • Mobile Remote Control. Pulseway released Mobile Remote Control to aid its users by allowing them to remotely control any user session straight from their mobile device. Additionally, the latest releases included File Transfer and User Chat as a part of Remote Control features.
  • Pulseway Cloud Backup. Pulseway has introduced its built-in Cloud Backup that enables seamless backup support for workstations and servers. Users have the ability to restore lost files straight from their Pulseway mobile application or the Web App.

'2019 has been a fantastic year for Pulseway in terms of product innovation and customer growth — and by delivering IT solutions organizations need and want,' said Marius Mihalec, Founder and CEO of Pulseway. 'I am very pleased to announce that Pulseway will be supporting custom third party software titles patching as a part of our patch management engine enabling users to effortlessly manage and secure all of their systems and application within the premises of one RMM solution.'
